Delivery timeframes vary by location β typically 1 to 3 days within Lagos and 3 to 7 business days nationwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
π» Laptops β Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for laptops. Returns are accepted for software-related issues only β such as operating system faults or pre-existing software malfunctions that affect normal use.
The following are not covered:
Physical damage of any kind
Damage caused by drops, liquid spills, or mishandling
Issues resulting from customer modifications or third-party repairs
Change of mind
All returned laptops must be in their original condition with all accessories included.
π± Phones β Returns & Refunds
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for phones. Returns are accepted for functional defects that were present at the time of delivery and were not disclosed in the product listing.
The following are not covered:
Physical damage of any kind β cracked screens, broken buttons, bent frames
Liquid or water damage after delivery
Damage from drops or mishandling after receipt
Customer change of mind
All returned phones must be in the same condition as received with all original accessories and packaging.

All computer component sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any computer components including processors, RAM, storage drives, graphics cards, motherboards, or power supply units.
Every component is thoroughly tested and verified by our technical team before dispatch β ensuring it is fully functional when it leaves our facility. We strongly advise customers to confirm compatibility before purchasing as all component sales are non-refundable.
π§ Accessories β Limited Returns
Return eligibility on accessories varies by product. Some accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:
